What is special about Israel F-15 Ra`am?
A special type of technology called JDAM has been used in this fighter jet and Mark-82 munitions have been installed in it. JDAM means Joint Direct Attack Munition. With the help of this technology, the bomb is targeted at the exact place and it does not miss the target. Israel has given Ram which means thunder.
The length of this fighter jet is 63.9 feet and height is 18.6 feet. Its wingspan is 42.9 feet and its weight is 14 thousand 379 kg. If we talk about its engine, it has 2 Pratt & Whitney F100 PW 220 afterburning turbojet engines, whose maximum speed is 2656 km per hour. It can fly at a maximum height of 60 thousand feet.
F-15I is better than F-35 and F-16
